Fan Noise After Windows Update

After updating my windows 8 to windows 81 and later to windows 10 the fan started to work at full speed with lots of noise.

Tried and failed nothing changed at all i still have f26. After hours with dell i immediately attacked the issue myself via via the task manager and ended a running windows update task and the fan lowered its speed and then turned off completely in.
