Fan Controller Number Is Repeated

Ive connected both cables to the motherboard both have power and the fans connected switched on.

In addition i noticed that the white led ez debug light on my msi motherboard is on. Usb 20 connectors 9 pin os compatibility. I have installed the fans in case connected each fan to the hub connected to molex and connected it to my motherboard using usb 20 connection.

One more weird thing is that the power button circle that used to light up once it was pressed now is not lighting up anymore. Case fans and gpu light turns on but the cpu fan and gpu fans do not spin. So i have 5 riing plus fans and i need 2 fan controllers to run them all.
