Fan Only Ecobee

I go to quick settings and choose set fan to on.

Hunter fan not dimming. Anyway i want to turn the fan on at 10pm and turn it off at 1am. Had a issue with my ac. Although only one fan can be connected directly to your ecobee thermostat all fans assigned to the connected fans room in the haiku home app will operate simultaneously.
