Only One Fan Working On Radiator

The fan on my mac is really loud. I noticed only one fan working now. Just because the radiator fan is not on does not mean that it is not working. However the radiator fan does not always start spinning on ignition.

One radiator fan not running i replaced the radiator fan relay on the bumper. Visually check the fan if you dont hear its noise. But most vehicles only turn on one fan at one temperature then if they reach.
