Radiator Fan Intake Or Exhaust

I can drop cpu temps alone by several degrees just by opening the side panel of my case i need to redesign but im still not liking the idea of intaking from the top since that goes against my brain waves of heat rises the cardboard master.

Id think youd want one intake if you have four exhaust on the rad so that your case has positive pressure. Add in that pushing hot air from the radiator will increase temps on the rest of the components that arent under water.
